By accessing or using ladycare.lk (“the Website”) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Lady Care (Pvt) Ltd is a Sri Lanka-registered business that imports and retails authentic skincare products. All products sold on ladycare.lk are genuine imports sourced from authorised distributors. We do not sell grey market, counterfeit, or tampered goods.

• All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Packaging may vary between batches.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer at our discretion.

• An order is confirmed only after we verify your payment.
• Bank Transfer: Transfer the exact order total to the account shown on your confirmation page, using your order number as the reference. Orders are held for 48 hours pending payment verification. After 48 hours without payment, orders may be cancelled.
• Card Payments (PayHere): Processed securely via PayHere. Card data is never stored on our servers.

• We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka.
• Colombo and suburbs: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• All other districts: 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays outside our control.
• Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.

Every product we sell is 100% authentic. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of a product you received, contact us immediately at hello@ladycare.lk. We will investigate and resolve all genuine complaints.

All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Lady Care (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, Lady Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
