Returns & Refund Policy

Quick Summary

We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Contact us via WhatsApp or email and we'll make it right.

1. Our Return Policy

Because skincare products are personal hygiene items, we can only accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product (visibly broken seal, cracked packaging).
  • You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery (check expiry date and contact us immediately).

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are simply unwanted.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order:

  • WhatsApp: Send a message to +94 77 123 4567 with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Email: hello@ladycare.lk with your order number and photos attached.

We will respond within 24 hours on business days. Do not return items without first contacting us — we may not be able to process unsolicited returns.

3. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded via bank transfer to an account of your choice within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • If a replacement is preferred over a refund, we will dispatch the correct product at no additional charge.
  • Return shipping costs for approved returns are covered by Lady Care.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before payment is confirmed. Once your bank transfer has been matched to your order and processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
  • To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products.
  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery (except where a defect is discovered later and reported promptly).
  • Items returned without prior approval from our team.
