Quick Summary
We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Contact us via WhatsApp or email and we'll make it right.
Because skincare products are personal hygiene items, we can only accept returns in the following circumstances:
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are simply unwanted.
To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order:
We will respond within 24 hours on business days. Do not return items without first contacting us — we may not be able to process unsolicited returns.
